Your customers cover the driver cost through delivery fees for you, or you can cover them — partially or in full.

+ Are there any processing fees?

Billing processing incurs a 3% fee for credit card payments and 1% for ACH direct debit payments.

+ How are Inhouse Delivery supplied delivery fees calculated?

Each delivery made using our solution is $1. Deliveries made using Inhouse Delivery supplied drivers will incur additional costs depending on distance. These are flat fees per delivery and are not based on commission or order value.

+ Can I cancel any time?

Yes, you can cancel any time - there are no contracts or obligations. You’ll simply pay for the deliveries already made using the Inhouse Delivery solution.
